Brad Crossley, CPA
Tax Manager
Brad is a Matthews, NC native and always knew he would follow in his father’s footsteps and become a CPA. He graduated from Appalachian State and began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Later, he worked as tax manager at Elliott Davis, PLLC. From his experiences he learned that his accounting and tax knowledge provides a means for him to help clients by being their advocate in challenging circumstances.
Brad believes that clients who bring complex issues to him have at least two needs: 1) They want to be heard and understood. 2) They also want clear and regular communication during the process. Brad believes in prompt communication to ensure that clients know he is actively engaged in resolution on their behalf. Brad says he “doesn’t want clients to stay up at night worrying about their business, finances, or taxes.” Clear communication and quick response are Brad’s hallmarks of client service.
Brad begins by listening and fully understanding issues. Then, he works with clients to prioritize needs and desired outcomes and develops steps needed for resolution. Brad feels strongly that he is more than a CPA with extensive tax knowledge; he is an advocate for clients and is dedicated to excellence in every client engagement.
Brad has a passion for sacred church music and sings with various choral groups. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, and he is also training their Golden Retriever to be a therapy dog.
